Our acquisition strategy is based on acquiring exceptionally well-located premium-branded hotels in strong markets where we see considerable long-term added value. We do this by enhancing guest experiences through disciplined management and capital expenditures for a geographically diverse portfolio of assets to achieve high TripAdvisor guest review rankings and resultant high RevPAR indexes. Affinity seeks off-market transactions that are designed to grow the portfolio through a prudent capital allocation strategy that is focused on premium-branded hotels with efficient operating models.
Transparency + Diligence + Responsiveness = Results
Affinity Hospitality was formed to provide high net worth individuals, corporations, and investment groups a stabilized cash flow from premium-branded hotel assets through acquisitions and ground up developments. Accredited investors should expect an upside potential that yields over 8% annual dividends and a 20% or higher annualized internal rate of return (IRR).
We measure our performance by long-term financial results and successful implementation of our partner’s investment goals. Affinity’s experience, relationships, and asset management expertise assists equity investors by maximizing risk-adverse returns through opportunistic investing in under-served and under-realized lodging markets.
